EDN-500

EDN-500

Reference-class resistive voltage divider

Accuracy class: 0.005

EDN-500 is a reference voltage divider which produces an output voltage by dividing the AC voltage on its input by a selected division factor.

Purpose

The divider can be applied for accuracy testing (calibration, verification) of:
Low power electronic voltage transformers manufactured in compliance with IEC 60044-7-2010
Energy meters
Power and voltage converters
Examples of tested transformers

Application

The divider is a high-precision component of a test system typically installed in an industrial or metrological lab and used for testing, calibration, or verification of measuring instruments.

The divider can be used as part of:

PCS-ME 3.0 (secondary standard of AC power)
TTS-ME 61850 (transformer test system for calibration of digital transformers)
Transformer test systems for calibration of low power electronic transformers manufactured according to IEC 60044-7-2010
